Refund Policy

At CEO Reporter, we strive to provide the best possible service to our customers. However, we understand that sometimes things may not work out as intended. Therefore, we have established a refund policy to make sure that our customers are satisfied with their purchases.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with our product, you may request a refund within 24 hrs of your purchase. Also, on every refunds 25% cancellation charges will be applied. To do so, please contact our customer service department via email us. Please include your name, order number, and the reason for your refund request.

Once we receive your request, we will review it and determine if your purchase is eligible for a refund. If your purchase is eligible, we will refund your purchase price in the same form of payment used for the original purchase. Please note that it may take up to 7-10 business days for the refund to appear on your account.

Please note that we cannot refund any fees associated with third-party services such as PayPal or bank charges, currency convert fees etc. Additionally, we cannot refund any subscription fees after purchase.
